Essential Functions of the Position:

Assist in leading a restaurant team to create a positive and inclusive culture for all and where people are recognized for achieving individual and organizational goals

Assist in training a team of 25-35 made of assistant managers, shift leaders, and crew members according to Brand standards and procedures

Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory of all food, paper, and supplies for the restaurant

Uphold company policies, procedures, and standards.

Ensure that all safety and security standards are followed in the restaurant

Must be able to train and support 3 locations: Troy IL; Columbia IL; and Waterloo, IL

W&M Restaurant is a franchisee owner of several Taco Bells in the MO and IL area including Waterloo IL; Columbia, IL; Troy, IL; Decatur, Chesterfield, Washington, Union, St. Clair, Taylorville, Forsyth, Springfield, Kennett, Cape Girardeau, Salem, Jackson, Carbondale, Du Quoin, Jacksonville; and Jerseyville.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
