As a Technology Manager you will:
- Overseeing all aspects of the Information Technology, Software Engineering, and PLC Engineering departments
- Acting as the liaison between the Information Technology, Software Engineering, and PLC Engineering departments and upper management
- Creating and managing capital project budgets
- Working with Corporate Project Manager to execute various continuous improvement projects
- Working with quality assurance department to ensure all necessary documentation is completed to meet ISO/FDA requirements
- Hours outside of regular workweek may be required when equipment scheduling is needed
- Create continuous improvement plans.
- Maintain company network and server infrastructure
- Prevent cyber security issues
The ideal candidate will have:
- A four year degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology (relevant work experience might be considered in place of education qualifications)
- At least 10 years experience in the Software Engineering and Information Technology fields with the understanding of PLC programming as well
- Experience with in house software development
- Familiarity with the software development life cycle
- Exposure to a variety of programming languages such as C#, ReactJS, ExpressJS, Python
- Experience with SQL databases
- Understanding of network systems
- Understanding of server equipment
- Understanding of internet security and data privacy
- Allen Bradley PLC Experience
- HMI Screen Development Experience
- FactoryTalk Site Edition experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to implement continuous improvements
- Willingness and ability to travel

Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
