- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in the daycare setting - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum to promote child development - Supervise and engage children in educational play, both indoors and outdoors - Assist with mealtime routines, including feeding and promoting healthy eating habits - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the daycare facility - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise - Collaborate with other daycare staff to ensure a positive and cohesive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in nannying, babysitting, or caregiving roles preferred - Knowledge of behavior management techniques for working with young children - Familiarity with classroom management strategies to create a structured learning environment - Ability to work well with children of different ages and developmental stages - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children Note:
