Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of office operations and administrative tasks - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and productivity -- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Manage and maintain office equipment, including troubleshooting and coordinating repairs - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls - Reconcile monthly bank recs, and ensure accurate recordkeeping - Payroll processing and payroll taxes, weekly, quarterly & year end.
- A/P - A/R - Collaborate with external vendors, clients, and stakeholders as necessary -
Qualifications:
-Office/Account work experience or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field.
-- Proficient in using Quickbooks and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping - - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently Note:
