Full-time (construction hours)
Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Lead and oversee all on-site remodeling projects, ensuring the team meets project timelines and quality standards.
Collaborate with project managers to interpret project plans, specifications, and client expectations.
Remodeling Skills:
Utilize advanced skills to perform a variety of tasks, including but not limited to framing, trim work, cabinetry installation, plumbing and other remodeling-related activities.
Ensure that all work meets industry standards, building codes, and client expectations for quality.
Team Management:
Supervise and mentor remodeling partners, providing guidance and support.
Coordinate, delegate, and execute tasks efficiently, optimizing workflow and productivity.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain high standards of craftsmanship and attention to detail throughout all phases of remodeling projects.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets company quality standards and project specifications.
Client Interaction:
Interact with clients professionally, addressing concerns, answering questions, and providing updates on project progress.
Collaborate with project managers and designers to achieve client satisfaction and project success.
Safety Compliance:
Enforce and adhere to safety protocols and regulations on construction sites.
Conduct regular safety meetings and training for the team.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Lead Remodeler or similar role in the remodeling or construction industry.
Extensive remodeling skills, including framing, trim work, and cabinetry installation etc.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to interpret project plans, specifications, and blueprints.
Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
