Responsibilities:
- Prepare and set up the breakfast area for guests - Ensure that all food items are properly stocked and displayed - Cook and serve breakfast items such as eggs, bacon, sausage, and pastries - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the breakfast area - Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner - Assist guests with any questions or requests they may have - Handle cash transactions using the Aloha POS system - Communicate effectively with team members and other departments - Assist with banquet setup and service as needed Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred - Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service - Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures - Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or OpenTable - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work early morning shifts and weekends as needed - Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
