- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel - Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills - Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines - Strong phone etiquette and communication skills - Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus - Knowledge of hospitality management principles - Ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and empathy As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests.
Your friendly demeanor, exceptional customer service skills, and attention to detail will ensure that our guests have a positive experience during their stay.
