Individual will assist attorneys with client intake interviews and case preparation.
Duties will also include locating/copying discovery materials; organizing and summarizing client files; contacting/interviewing clients and witnesses; preparing reports and serving subpoenas; conducting limited legal research; and assisting attorneys in court and with other tasks.
Qualifications:
Education equivalent to graduation from high school and three years of experience in office or related clerical work.
Legal experience preferred.
Salary is $2,934 per month plus generous State of Missouri benefits.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
