Summary:
Responsible for providing prompt and courteous service for customers to include pulling product and maintaining fully stocked shelves by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Displays good customer service and answers questions about product.
Pulls orders for customers, and orders that will be delivered to jobsites.
Pulls orders for transfer and rental stock.
Stocks shelves with product.
Updates pricing on products promptly as they change.
Reorganizes and changes displays continually and as needed throughout the year.
Maintains the Showroom in a clean and well-organized manner.
Qualifications:
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Bistrack to find items, stock counts and pricing.
Education/
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Certificates and Licenses:
Tow motor license certificate.
Equipment:
Operate forklift to move, store and retrieve product.
Operate stand up lift to move, store and retrieve product.
Use pallet jack to push or pull up to 1200 lbs.
Climbing ladder.
